Sue McArthur
Founder & Principal
Sue McArthur has spent more than ten years in the political field, working on municipal campaigns in Toronto, provincial campaigns across Ontario, federal campaigns in Ontario and a winning national leadership campaign. She has served as campaign manager, volunteer coordinator, financial agent and E-day lead.
She came to politics from business. Sue spent a decade in procurement, then rose to Director of Merchandising, running the purchasing and merchandising teams for a company with $150 million in annual sales. She went on to become General Manager for North America at a privately owned toy company, growing sales from $5 million to $12 million in five years with a 94-person Canadian head office. She later earned her life insurance licence and consulted in the private sector.
That background shows up in her campaigns: budgets that hold, teams that are managed, and plans that get executed.

Sue grew up in Etobicoke Centre and has lived in South Etobicoke for more than 25 years with her husband and two children. She has volunteered at the Daily Bread Food Bank, sat on school council, and managed her kids' baseball, soccer and hockey teams.
